Kool 'n Fit Sports Conditioner
SPORT CONDITIONER is a safe, natural, drug free and environmentally friendly product that brings remarkable benefits when used before, during and after exercise.
Before: it relaxes muscles for more efficient stretching and increases the blood flow into and through the muscles for better warm up.
During: relaxed muscles lead to improved performance and efficiency while greater blood volume means more oxygen and nutrients reach the muscles, thereby increasing power and endurance as well as flushing away lactic acid and toxins. Anti-spasmodic properties prevent cramp.
After: prevents stiffness and soreness, allowing faster recovery. In cases of injury, increased blood flow speeds up healing. Most significant progress is made in the first 48 hours.
The core ingredient is a highly specialised form of alcohol which quickly opens the pores, enabling the powerful analgesic components to penetrate deep into the muscles and surrounding tissues.
It is a non-greasy, clear liquid that has a clean, refreshing aroma and will not stain should you, for example, accidently spill any or spray onto your clothing.
How to use
To ensure full benefit, simply spray, splash or sponge a liberal amount of SPORT CONDITIONER over the muscle groups to be stressed 10 to 15 minutes before exercising. No need to rub in - let it dry and penetrate.
Can be sprayed on any sports clothing or footwear. The fabric acts as a reservoir and feeds muscles during exercise.
After showering, dry off quickly and then spray your muscles while the skin is still warm and the pores open. This enables the Sport Conditioner to penetrate deeper into the tissues and joints.
CAUTION:
Always read the warnings on the side of the bottle before use.
Frequently Asked Questions
I’m already fit so will Sport Conditioner really be of any benefit to me?
Absolutely. The harder you train, the more you benefit from Sport Conditioner. It enhances warm-up by relaxing the muscles and increasing the blood flow through the muscle, improves performance by opening up the blood vessels and getting more oxygen and nutrients to the muscles and speeds up recovery by washing away toxins and lactic acid as well as relaxing the muscles. It also speeds up healing. One of the main reasons why quality coaches and therapists rate Sport Conditioner so highly is because it does not mask injury.
I always feel sore after exercising. Can Sport Conditioner help me?
Yes, of course. The Sport Conditioner contains a potent blend of herbal ingredients which will get on top of inflammation, relax the muscle, increase the blood flow through the muscle and prevent soreness. It works in 98 cases out of 100.
Is Sport Conditioner only available in the 8 fluid ounce bottle or do you have any bigger sizes?
No. We are also able to provide a special one gallon canister at a significant discount. This equates to sixteen 8 fluid ounce bottles but rather than cost you £319,20 we retail our one gallon canister for £199.95 plus postage and packaging. This is a saving of more than £110.
Are there any side effects?
There are no known side effects. Remember you do not ingest the product but rather apply it to the muscles to be stressed. Naturally, however, you will need to be careful where you spray it and keep it away from sensitive areas such as your eyes. We recommend that you carefully read the label on the bottle.
Do you have any other websites?
Yes. See our sister site www.arthriticpainrelief.co.uk for more information and impressive testimonials

DREWE BROUGHTON has been a professional footballer since 1996. The former England Under-18 striker, whose clubs have included Norwich, Rotherham, MK Dons and Southend, writes:
"I have been using KOOL ’N FIT since 2001. Being a full-time athlete, the demands on my body are huge. I swear by KOOL ’N FIT. I spray my legs and back before and after training and games. I always notice increased flexibility and mobility in my muscles during training and 24 hours after a game much less muscle soreness than without applying. The hard part is stopping teammates using mine!!!!!"
DANE FARRELL is a leading Personal Trainer & Sports Massage Therapist who was Derby County’s team fitness coach. It was during his time with The Rams that he trialled Sport Conditioner.
Dane said of Sport Conditioner:
"After early scepticism, a few of our players agreed to try the Sport Conditioner over a three-week period. Needless to say, the trial proved very successful. The players felt both the benefits and effectiveness of using the spray, particularly on tired limbs before and after training.
The players have since asked myself and medical team staff to have both the Sport Conditioner and pain reliever spray available on match days and is now widely used throughout the Derby County team – pre and post match and at half-time."

Sarah says that Kool 'n Fit sport conditioner
"helps elimination of the oedema and muscle soreness that arise from intense training. The combination of massage and Sport Conditioner is unbeatable and would give a winning edge to sports people of all ages. I chose to use it in my assault on the women's (40-49 years) title at the World Masters Ergometer Championships in Boston, 1999, to aid recovery from jet lag, preparation for and recovery from the event". (In the final, Sarah met and beat the defending champion).
Sarah also won 4 golds last year and 3 this year in the World Masters Championships in her boat.
TIM EXETER, former Richmond RFC conditioning coach:
"I broke my neck playing rugby many years ago and sometimes it plays up. One day I couldn’t get to a therapist so I used Kool ’n Fit. It was very effective. I play a lot of tennis to a pretty strenuous level and find the Kool ’n Fit Sport Conditioner beneficial before and after playing."
ELAINE BARNES of Norfolk:
"My husband Gary has a lower-back injury from martial arts 15 years ago and anything can trigger it off. He plays rugby on the wing and has had trouble with strained hamstrings. Before he plays, he uses Kool ’n Fit Sport Conditioner on his back and on his legs. He hasn’t had a hamstring problem since he started using conditioner for his warm-up and the pain reliever really takes the edge off the back condition. I’m a runner and I have had problems with a muscle on the outside of a knee for two years. A sports therapist says I probably caused it my not warming up properly and damaging the muscle. I find that if I use the conditioner before and after I run I do not have any problems. The biggest problem is when we have only one bottle of Kool ’n Fit Sport Conditioner in the house – my husband and I end up fighting over it."
CAROL FORDHAM:
"I damaged by left knee on my last long training run before the Dublin Marathon and the sports therapist said I had torn something inside. I was worried I would have to pull out of the race but a week before it I started using the pain reliever. I kept spraying and it took the pain away so I decided to do the marathon (26.2miles). During it, I felt only a twinge and, what’s more, I did it in 4hr 4min, knocking 16 minutes off my personal best. After the race I used the Kool ’n Fit Sport Conditioner and recovered far quicker than I did after doing the London Marathon. I had hardly any stiffness and was running again without any ill effects a few days later."
PETER DALLETT of Ballycastle, County Antrim:
"It’s terrific. I first used Kool ’n Fit Sport Conditioner when I was going to the gym to get fit for a skiing holiday. I had been suffering from aching legs after doing a session but with the conditioner I was not getting any stiffness and my legs felt great, a lovely glowing, warm feeling."
GERARD McDAID of Shepherd’s Bush, West London:
"I had a sore Achilles after running my tenth marathon of the year. I was given a free spray of the Kool ’n Fit Sport Conditioner after the Robin Hood Marathon. My legs have always been tight for two or three days after a race but this time they felt loose; the tightness I usually feel even when I walked was non-existent. I have now done 12 marathons this year and I intend to do 15 or more. I run with the London Irish Running Club and some of the boys are members of the Hundred Marathon Club. It’s my aim to join them. As long as I can run along and stay injury free I am happy. The strange thing is, I used to be a boxer when I was younger but never did much road work. I took up running three years ago because I fancied doing the London. I did it - and after that I was hooked. My best time is 3hr 25min but as long as I am under four hours I am happy."
HARVEY LAWSON of Brentwood, Essex:
"I do 300 kicks in a karate training session and my legs are always hurting afterwards and I’m usually exhausted. But the Kool ’n Fit Sport Conditioner takes away all the pain."
WAYNE FARRAGE (AST, MIPTI), the Charlton & former West Ham & Watford masseur, is a sports therapist specialising in acute and chronic muscular injuries, biomechanical problems, advanced injury prevention and performance enhancement,
He writes:
“Over the past few years I have researched and experimented with many products that claim similar results as Kool 'n Fit, but do not live up to these claims. However, Kool 'n Fit achieves success beyond its claims, with fantastic results.
I have been using the Sport Conditioning fluid and Pain Relieving spray for years and the effects and benefits have been immense. As well as using the products as recommended, I have also experimented with the combinations and situations. I have found the more diverse the applications, the more amazing the effects are. I have used the product for acute and chronic muscle injuries, as well as using it on areas that have not been injured but are hypertonic due to muscle imbalance. I am also continually asked "What is this stuff? It’s amazing" and "This makes me feel great. Where can I get some?"
The Sport Conditioning fluid and Pain Relieving spray can be used at a basic level, by just spraying them on to the areas as required, and achieves excellent results. However, when the products are used for advanced soft-tissue manipulation the results are even more amazing. I have been able to enhance the effect of Kool 'n Fit by applying them in different ways and different situations. The products also enhance the work that I perform, whether it is specific stretching or advanced manipulation of muscles. I feel the only limitations of the products are the therapist's imagination and knowledge.
Kool 'n Fit is when I was asked to help out at a semi-pro football club on the day of an important match. One of the team's most influential players was kicked in the calf muscle 10 minutes before half time. The player was struggling to play on and the muscle was continually going into cramp. The manager was convinced the player would not play the second half. At half time the player was examined and it was decided there was no major damage to the muscle. I applied the Pain Relieving spray all over the calf area and then pulled up the player's sock and poured the Sport Conditioning fluid on to the back of the sock. This had the effect of giving a more prolonged supply of Sport Conditioning fluid. The effect of this was amazing. The player not only played the full second half, he actually forgot he had the problem and has been fine ever since.
Another example of Kool 'n Fit is when I need to work into deep muscles, when manipulating respiratory muscles for example, as these muscles are difficult to manipulate effectively. The Kool 'n Fit sprays prevent the superficial muscles from being over traumatised by relaxing them quickly and effectively. The Kool 'n Fit then allows more effective treatments of the deep muscles by increasing the circulation, which then facilitates stretching.
Examples of the Kool 'n Fit combinations I have used are, spraying 50/50 Sport Conditioning fluid and Pain Relieving fluid on to the client's back, 10 minutes before applying massage or manipulation. This has the effect of not only relaxing the muscle but also helps reduce any inflammation around the spine. Another example for knee problems is spraying 70 per cent Pain Relieving spray and 30 per cent Sport Conditioning fluid on to a client's knee, and then spraying 70 per cent Sport Conditioning fluid and 30 per cent Pain Relieving spray on to the surrounding muscles. This has the effect of treating the immediate site of pain and possible inflammation in the knee. It then relaxes the surrounding muscles to facilitate manipulation of massage. These can be varied depending on the situation.
I will continue to use Kool 'n Fit at every opportunity possible. The versatility of the products is amazing and I will continue to experiment with them, as I feel there are still benefits and situations that I have not discovered”
STUART STANTON is a human performance engineer.
He writes:
“I have been using Sport Conditioner both professionally and personally since 1995. It was first recommended to me by a member of the U.S women’s cycling team and the product has played an increasingly influential role in my career. At present I am contracted as physical therapist – human performance engineer – to Wales students, rugby league development squad, GB students rugby league development squad, Wigton RU Club (Cumbria), Elland RLFC (West Yorks) and the Canadian Rugby League. In addition, I work with a number of athletes and weight-trainers on an individual basis.
In all of these successful squads, the Kool ‘n Fit Sport Conditioner is respected and requested. Incidents of after-match strains and aches have been dramatically reduced, player confidence has grown and team results go from strength to strength.
“Personally, I have competed in running races of up to ten miles with only a minimal amount of running training and found that a combination of Sport Conditioner and Pain Reliever has enabled me to wake up ready to go again the morning after each event. Things really do get better."

Ann Baddeley writes in her newsletter:
"I recently had the chance to try out the Kool 'n Fit products, especially the Sports Conditioner and Pain Reliever. When Kool ’n Fit was first recommended to me, I was a bit sceptical but I managed to persuade my 69-year-old Mum to try it to improve her arthritis. The results were amazing. At the same time, my cycling-mad husband was also testing the Kool 'n Fit range of products and had a great result with the Sports Conditioner and massage oil. Unfortunately, Rob's research was cut short when he had a nasty accident on his bike and ended up with very little skin left on which to try the product.”
What the Media Say
DAILY MAIL: Kool ‘n Fit could be the cure for sore and tired muscles after a hard day’s skiing. I tried it whilst training for a marathon and the results were amazing. All-natural ingredients create a cool, tingling sensation which helps to relax and invigorate. Spray it on prior to, during and after exercising, directly on to your skin or over thermals. I found it works wonders poured in a hot bath. Kool ‘n Fit are so confident you will be impressed they give a 14-day money-back guarantee”
Minnie Burlton, Daily Mail Ski magazine
220 TRIATHLON MAGAZINE: This all-natural liquid analgesic comes in an easy-to-use spray bottle which means no rubbing in, no touching, no mess and no staining. This was very effective on tight or cramping muscles and relieved swelling and bruising although the effects were short-lived and I felt the need to reapply it after about an hour later. However, I was impressed that it does give a revitalising, as well as soothing, effect.
Lorraine Cullen, 220
CYCLING PLUS: The old Deep Heat rub-on was a warm-up balm that seemed to preceed every exercise session. However, Kool ‘n Fit sport conditioner is useful before, during and after exercise. It makes the sprayed area feel initially cool, then warm. A few spoonfuls in a warm bath was heaven after the gruelling Lakeland Challenge. Many claims are included in the literature but it has to be said that recovery appears to be improved and muscle ache lessened post-session but regular use is the key to full benefits. Other cyclists using the spray also reported back that it helped them recuperate and ride hard with less muscle tightness. Other products in the range include pain reliever, foot spray and massage oil. The sport conditioner is an excellent product for hard-working riders.
Joe Beer, Cycling Plus magazine.
TRIATHLETE magazine: Kool ‘n Fit pain reliever was very effective for a post-race calf strain and for RSI of the wrist from typing.
BADMINTON NEWS: Do you suffer from tendinitis or RSI? Then try the Kool ‘n Fit range. The pain reliever benefits sprains, muscle ache and bruising while the sport conditioner lefts in warming up and recovery. Both can be sprayed through tights and stockings.
LONDON EVENING STANDARD: Kool ‘n Fit sport conditioner is a spray to prevent muscle stiffness and post-exercise soreness.
Peta Bea, Get Fit column
WALKING MAGAZINE: Kool ‘n Fit sport conditioning fluid, a spray-on muscle relaxer was a surprise lifesaver for our marathoner.
Ann Dunaway, Walking Magazine
UltraFIT magazine: Kool ‘n Fit sport conditioner is a new all-natural spray that gives remarkable benefits before, during and after exercise. The pain reliever works on persistent muscle and joint pains, including backache and even arthritis.
Cost of Using
The amount of Sport Conditioner you use will depend upon the frequency and intensity of your training. To get full benefit from the Sport Conditioner, you should spray before warming up, during the activity and after cooling down. The harder you train, the more benefits are derived from Sport Conditioner. Your recovery is speeded up, which means you can train harder sooner. The result is that you become fitter because you are putting in more high-intensity sessions. On the other hand, you may be a once-a-week jogger. But you will still benefit from Sport Conditioner because it will prevent stiffness and soreness.
However, as a guide each 8 fluid ounce bottle is the equivalent to 237 ml and comprises more than 1,700 sprays.
So an 8oz bottle would last the occasional jogger five or six months.
Yet a serious athlete who trains hard nearly every day could expect to use an 8oz bottle every four weeks.
